GUIDED DOCENT TOURS

10 am and 1 pm on Thursdays and 10 am on Fridays (Sept 2- Sept 30)

11 am and 2 pm on Thursdays and 11 am on Fridays (Oct 1, 2021 – May 31, 2022)

Included with admission. (These tours will not occur on holidays when the museum is closed.)

Enjoy a guided tour of the Presidio Museum.  Learn about what life was like within the walls of the Presidio in the late 1700s.  Visitors will hear stories about soldiers and their families, and about the Native Americans and other civilians that provided food, goods, and services to the military residents of the Presidio. Tours are also available through the week when docents are available. These tours are included with admission. See our events calendar for more information.

Masks are not required. Visitors may wear masks at their own discretion. All staff are fully vaccinated. Masks are also available at the front desk by request.
