Austin Nunez is chairman of the San Xavier District,one of the eleven political districts of the Tohono O’odham Nation and has served continuously since 1987. Prior to becoming district chairman, he worked in international community development for nineteen different Native American nations in Arizona.

This lecture on the history of the San Xavier District of the Tohono O'odham will be held at the Dusty Monk Pub, 201 N. Court Ave., across the street from the Presidio Museum.  Cost is $5/person at the door.  Food and drink will be available for sale.
