MEASURES TAKEN TO REDUCE THE SPREAD OF COVID-19
In these unprecedented times the Tucson Presidio Trust (dba Presidio Museum) will be following recommended CDC and Pima County guidelines regarding Covid-19.

Temperature check:
Children will have their temperature taken every morning before they enter. We reserve the right to turn away your child if their temperature registers above 99.5 degrees.

Hand-washing and sanitizing:
Children will be asked to wash hands when they arrive and regularly throughout the day. Hand sanitizers will also be available.

Social Distancing:
Indoor activities will be set-up with distance between each seated child. We will encourage children to stay 6ft apart during outdoor activities as well.

Masks:
We highly encourage you and your child to have a discussion in advance about mask wearing and how it protects others. While we cannot demand mask wearing we will encourage children to wear masks, especially during indoor activities. We will also have extra masks on site if you child would like to wear one. We understand that masks are not possible at all times, especially during lunch and snack breaks.

Facility:
The Museum will sanitize all tables, chairs and surfaces every morning before camp and throughout the day.

Drop-off and Pick-up:
To maximize safety we will not use the front door on Court Avenue. Instead we will drop-off and pick-up through the outdoor gate in the alley way. If you have not been to the Presidio Museum or you would like to see the camp set-up you may come in to look around, otherwise we encourage you to wait at the gate.
