Mauro will talk about the significance of the Anza Expedition and the previous expeditions that made it possible.

Mauro Trejo is a 7th-generation Tucsonan, descending from the Elias and Gallegos. Mauro has a passion for local history and has pored over the Tucson “classics” to learn as much as possible.   Before becoming a Presidio Trust Board Member, he volunteered as a docent and walking tour guide (which he still does), becoming one of our most knowledgeable.

The Dandelion Cafe will be open until 2 pm, get a drink and bring it over!
