Become an early inhabitant of Tucson and experience history hands-on.  

For Children Ages 8-12

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 2:30 pm

Camp participants will experience how people in the Presidio lived through a series of hands-on activities. These activities may include blacksmithing/tinsmithing, training to be a Spanish soldier, experiencing foods that are native to the Sonoran Desert, or even candle making.

Non-member Price: $290  
Sibling Discount: 10% off for siblings
Cancellation policy:  All fees will be returned if camp registration is cancelled up to seven days before camp begins.
After this time, 75% of the fees will be returned for cancellations.

Lunch and snacks are NOT provided. 

A full packet of camp information will be provided to all camp families.

Hand-washing and sanitizing:
Children will be asked to wash hands when they arrive and regularly throughout the day. Hand sanitizers will also be available.

Drop-off and Pick-up:
Drop-off and pick-up is through the outdoor gate in the alley way. If you have not been to the Presidio Museum or you would like to see the camp set-up you are welcome to look around.
