Living History Days – Moving-In Day
On August 20th, 1775, the Tucson Presidio was established by Spanish Army Lt. Colonel Hugo O’Conor. But the garrison and families did not start arriving from Tubac until October of 1775. And how did people of the 1700s know where they were going without GPS anyway? Hear a presentation on way-finding and see the Presidio inhabitants as they get settled in.
10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Free with admission.
