This docent-led walking tour will cover the 2.5-mile Turquoise Trail through the heart of downtown. The tour begins at the Presidio San Agustín del Tucson Museum, a reconstruction of the Tucson Presidio (fort) that was originally built in 1775, and ends at the Hotel Congress in downtown Tucson. Participants will learn about Tucson’s fascinating history and see some architectural gems like the beautiful dome on the old Pima County Courthouse, the Francisco “Pancho” Villa statue, the Jácome art panel at the Tucson Convention Center, El Tiradito/The Wishing Shrine, the Barrio Viejo neighborhood, and the former Carnegie Library, which houses the Tucson Children’s Museum. The walking tour fee also includes all-day admission to the Presidio Museum. Price $12.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations received more than 24 hours in advance will receive a refund minus a small transaction fee.  Any cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will not receive a refund.
